How to register

Important:

  • The invoice will be generated based on the data provided by PaperCept, please make sure that your personal data is correct.
  • Ensure that JavaScript is not blocked by any kind of security features, in order to guarantee a smooth registration procedure.

Conference registration: Is available at the Papercept Conference Management System.

Workshop registration for main conference registrants: Main conference attendees may also register to workshops via the Papercept Conference Management System.

Workshop-only registration : Non-conference attendees who want to participate in Workshops need to fill the Workshop-only Registration Form and follow the instructions therein.

Methods of Payment / Confirmation

Payment must be made via credit card. An initial payment and registration confirmation will be provided upon registration by the Papercept Conference Management System.

You will receive the receipt a few days after registration via e-mail from Johannes Kepler University ( Subject: “JKU Linz - Invoice…”) – please check your inbox. There will be NO hardcopy provided in the conference bags.

Invitation letters for visa or other uses

Confirmation letters for all authors of accepted papers who register for the conference will be issued by the Papercept Conference Management System. This letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required.

Letters confirming registration without an accepted paper may be issued by the conference organizers on an individual basis, after a participant has registered for the conference. Please contact the Registration Chair if you require a confirmation letter.

For information on visa requirements, please contact your local Austrian Embassy.

Cancellation / refunds
  • After uploading a paper no refunding is possible
  • Cancellation requests can be done until May 30, 2015
  • Transferring a registration is possible, please get in contact via email for further information
  • Registration and de-registration to workshops is possible until June 12, 2015
All refund requests, if applicable, must be made via email to Laura Menini on or before May 30, 2015.
NO REFUNDS will be made after this date.
